Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of www.buttsketch.com and any booking request you send us. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Booking requests and event contracts

A booking request, a quote or a conversation with our assistant is not a booking. Your date is reserved only once you have signed our event contract and met any payment terms it sets out. The contract covers the price, deposit, schedule, travel and cancellation for your event, and where it differs from these terms, the contract governs.

2. Quotes

Every event is quoted individually, by the number of artists and hours plus any travel. Travel is quoted per event. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, and depends on artist availability until the contract is signed.

3. Deposit, balance and cancellations

A deposit of 50% of the event total holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event; we send the invoice for it a week out.

If you cancel:

• 30 or more days before the event, we refund your deposit in full;
• 10 to 29 days before the event, we refund half of your deposit;
• less than 10 days before the event, nothing is refunded.

4. Logos and materials you send us

If you send a logo or artwork to print on the sketch paper, you confirm you have the right to use it. We use it only for your event.

5. Our site, name and work

The content of this site, our sketches and the name The Original Butt Sketch® belong to us. Each guest keeps the sketch drawn of them for their personal use.

6. Our assistant

The chat on this site is an automated assistant. It can answer questions and pass your details to our team, but it cannot confirm a date, an artist or a price; only our team and your contract can.

7. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
