Is it tasteful?
Completely. Guests stay fully clothed, the sketch is of their rear view, and we never make a joke of any guest. It's cheeky, never crude, which is why it works at weddings and corporate events alike.
How long does each sketch take?
About 2½ to 3 minutes per guest, so one artist draws roughly 20 guests an hour.
What do guests take home?
Their own original charcoal sketch: a party favor people actually frame.
How much does it cost?
Events are booked by the artist and the hour, plus travel outside Dallas, and every event gets its own quote. Send a booking request with the date, place and hours and we'll price it.
What's your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before the event. Cancel 30 or more days out and we refund the deposit in full; 10 to 29 days out, half the deposit; under 10 days, nothing is refunded.
How many artists do we need?
It depends on your guest count and how long the event runs. One artist suits a smaller party; a big wedding or a trade show floor usually wants two or more so the line keeps moving. Pick 'recommend' on the booking form and we'll suggest a number.
Do you travel?
Yes. We're based in Dallas, work all over Texas, and take the act anywhere in the world. Travel is added to the quote.
Can you put our logo on the sketches?
Yes. Your logo can be printed on the sketch paper, so every guest leaves with your brand. Popular for trade shows and company events.
What do you need from us?
Just a spot for the artists to work. They bring all their own equipment.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Weekends and wedding season fill first. Short notice? Call (469) 874-1152 and we'll check who's free.
