The Original Butt Sketch® ("we", "us") provides live sketch artists for events, from Dallas, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you visit www.buttsketch.com, request a booking, chat with us, call, email, or use our customer portal, and what we do with it.

The short version: we collect what we need to quote, book and run your event. We do not sell your information.

1. What we collect

• Contact details: your name, company, email address and phone number.
• Event details: the date, time, venue, guest count, hours, number of artists and anything else you tell us about your event.
• Files you send: for example a logo to print on the sketch paper.
• Booking and payment records: quotes, contracts, invoices and payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: emails, website chat and messages through the customer portal, kept with your booking so whoever helps you can see the history.
• Website data: basic visit statistics and the settings you save.

2. How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare a quote and book your event
• To send confirmations, contracts, invoices and reminders
• To schedule artists and get them to your event
• To keep a record of what was agreed
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

3. Our website assistant

The chat on this site is an automated AI assistant. What you type is processed by an AI service provider to produce its replies, and the conversation is passed to our team so we can follow up. Please don't share payment details in the chat.

4. Who we share it with

• Our artists: the artists booked for your event get the details they need to be there.
• Service providers: the companies that host this site and its database, deliver our email, store files, process payments and run the website assistant, each only for that work.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our customers and business from fraud.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking records and messages for as long as they help us support you and handle repeat bookings, and financial records as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we may keep what the law requires us to.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of any non-essential email using the link in it.
